Tele-Arena Editor.

In the past, i saw a TA editor application. Not sure what it was able
to edit, i dled it, and the damn thing was corrupt, i couldnt even unzip
it.
I was wondering if anyone had this utility, if it was something that had
to be purchased, or if it was some freeware app, or if it even existed,
and im not on crack.
Yes, i know a lot of these edited TA's are from source builds, thats not
what im looking for.

Honestly, i;m not even sure. I had dled it because it was labeled as a
Tele-Arena Editor, and when i went to use it, it was corrupt. So i'm
not even sure WHAT it edited, or even if it was really an editor.

Do you still have the one you mentioned?
